Generally , environmental protection act is a law created by the government to either protect the environment from damages created by Human activities or to restore the damages in order to maintain the resources in the environment.

in order to enforce this act, the government of united states created the United States federal government for environmental protection. This agency is responsible in creating regulation that must be followed by all establishments in united states in order to prevent environmental destruction (such as controlling where they could dump their waste, how to managed their trash, etc,)
