An experiment was performed to study the germination of radish seeds under different conditions. patches of radish were planted in two sections of a small field. the table shows the different conditions that two patches were subjected to and the results of the experiments.

on the basis of the results, it was concluded that sandy soil was bad for radish, while soil with clay in it was good. what can be said about the conclusion?
a) the conclusion was validated because the nature of the soil was different in both cases.
b) the conclusion was validated, since the seeds failed to germinate in sandy soil but germinated well in soil with clay.
c) the conclusion cannot be validated since the amount of water provided to each was not kept constant.
d) the conclusion cannot be validated because other factors, such as the amount of sunlight, water, and location, also play a vital role in germination.
