If there is a WHOLE number, (like 14), you add a ZERO to the number, so when you would move 14 to the RIGHT, it would become 140. Now when you go LEFT, you move the decimal to the LEFT, and if there are ANY ZEROS, you would take them out.Now you might get a little confused when moving left;Look, EVERY NUMBER has a decimal, like the number 14 itself.14 has an imaginary decimal, which is 14.0. EVERY NUMBER HAS THAT.
