Using dilution equation we can calculate the concentration of the working solution

Initial volume = 290 mL

Concentration of working sol= ?

Therefore;

3.18 M × 290 mL = 760 mL × y

Concentration of working solution = (3.18 × 290)/760

                                                         = 1.213 M

Therefore: the concentration of the working solution is 1.213 M
