I'm doing reactant prediction for an organic elimination reaction (removal of h2o from an alkane. there should be a major and minor but what if the major has a substitution that would mean the oh would be placed in a different carbon than the one given?

they it depends on if one believes about radioactivity, they make a geiger counter beep but maybe it was going to beep anyway electronics do wierd things all the time or it was programmed to beep near certain metals.
