From the above graph,It is seen  that the voltage increases twice with the increase in current.

Observing the above provided graph,It is clearly understood that,

It is linear If one quantity(Current) increases, the other one(Voltage) also increases.There is a direct relationship between voltage and current.By observing the graph clearly, we can see that there is an increase in 1 Ampere of current when there is an increase in power supply of 2 volts.By considering all the above noticed observation it is clearly known that the voltage is increased twice the amount of increase in current.

I’d have to say no because without oxygen in the water the fish would all be dead. so if you want to fish for dead fish, pick the ponds with the lowest oxygen concentrations.
