Describe how the forward and reverse reactions in a reversible reaction lead to equilibrium. How does equilibrium relate to the reaction rates of the forward and reverse reactions?

so basically in a chemical reaction , a foward reaction rates is not the same as the reverse reaction rate. and the equillibrium does not change whether in reversed or foward.
