A 100. kmol/hr stream that is 96.0 mole% Carbon Tetrachloride (CCl4) and 4.0 mole% Carbon Disulfide (CS2) is to be produced from the bottom of a distillation column. The feed to the column is 83.0 mole% CCl4 and 17.0 mol% CS2 ,and 2.5 mol% of the CCl4 entering the column is recovered in the overhead stream leaving the top of the column.
