Do malfunctioning cells cause cancer?

When certain faults appear in a cell's DNA it can send it into overdrive, making the cell grow and divide more than it should. But while faulty genes are a common thread across cancers, not all cancers have the same faulty genes. And not all cells that carry faulty genes will turn cancerous.

i don't see a text, but i am gonna assume this *orbit* the curved path, usually elliptical, described by a planet, satellite, spaceship, etc., around a celestial body, as the sun.

aquifers are bounded above and below by impermeable rock. the driving force of groundwater movement in confined aquifers is pressure, rather than gravity.
