Pure substances are mostly homogeneous in nature means it contains or made up of only one type of atoms or molecules. Pure substances have a constant or uniform composition throughout its structure.These substances have same appearance throughout its structure. These substances have fixed boiling and melting points.

So we can conclude that pure substance has fixed chemical composition throughout its body.
