if fragments of HCl occur then two peaks will be observed 1st at 1 (for H) 2nd at 35.5 (for Cl) but there will not be molecular peak of HCl because in fragmentation the molecule breaks due to which no molecular peak is obtained.

If the water vapor content stays the same and the temperature drops, then the relative humidity increases. its vise versa.if the water vapor content stats the same and the temperature rises, the relative humidity decreases. so, yes, i'd say that temperature and humidity have a strong relationship.
