It is generally considered that dinosaurs live in warm climates, yet fossils remains are found in antartica. how can that be explained

Dinosaurs existed during the Mesozoic era and were completely wiped out from earth due to the cretaceous mass extinction, marked by the cretaceous-tertiary (K-T) boundary. During the time of existence of dinosaurs, the plates started undergoing plate motion and there was no glaciation period (ice age). The overall climate during the Mesozoic era was almost same in all the latitudes.

With the rapid increase in tectonism and occurrence of several ice age, the earth undergone various changes and thus took its present shape. So, these dead remains of dinosaurs are now found to be present in Antarctica, where the rocks are found to be covered with thick sheets of ice.
