Dynamic chemical equilibrium is the point at which the rate of the forward reaction is equal to the rate of the reverse reaction.This means that reactants are converted to products and products are converted to reactants at an equal and constant rate.At this point the opposite rates are equal, not the concentrations. In terms of concentration, the concentration of reactants and products stabilizes at a fixed ratio.
