Equator  and Arctic because equator is too hot and arctic is too cold. In equator the rays of the sun fall directly all over the year and this is why the [people living there experience a harsh hot weather and high temperatures. On the other hand people living in the Arctic region experience extreme cold because very little sunlight reaches there. Temperatures are freezing cold all over the year.

The arctic does not suffer any seasons as it is furthest from the equator and therefore is covered in ice snow and rarely sees sunlight. Therefore the arctic does not have summer autumn or spring.
