Carbon-14 has a half-life of 5730 years if you start with a 2.37 g sample how much would remain after 17,190 years? Manganese-56 is a beta emitter with a half-life of 2.6 hours. What is the mass of manganese-56 in a 500 mg sample at the end of 10.4 hours?

A sample of thorium-234 has a half life of 24.1 days. Is that sample is allowed to decay for 96.4 days and 4.67 grams remains, what was the original mass of the samples?
