The pressure of a sample of gas is measured at sea level with a closed-end manometer. The liquid in the manometer is mercury which density is equal to 13600 kg/m3. Determine the pressure of the gas in kPa if d=13cm and atmospheric pressure is equal to 1013 hPa.
