How do you calculate how much energy it takes to heat a certain amount of a certain material to a certain temperature? I have access to a latent heat table and specific heat constant table. Thanks for the help! Some examples:
1. Heat 2 kg ice from –5°C to 0°C
2. Melt 2 kg ice at 0°C
3. Heat 2 kg water from 0°C to 100°C
