This lab will help you practice the following skills: 1. Performing serial dilutions, making solutions of different concentrations to test the response of brine shrimp to different environmental conditions 2. Using a dissecting microscope to make observations of brine shrimp. 3. Using pipettes to make accurate and precise measurements of liquids to create solutions with specific concentrations. 4. Making observations of brine shrimp in order to design an experiment with it. 5. Writing a hypothesis and prediction from your observations and test them in an experiment. 6. Designing an experiment to test your hypothesis and prediction
