Can Medcine alone prevent Diseases

No, medicines alone cannot prevent disease. Our immunity built  by frequent encounter of pathogens and also vaccination helps in avoiding infections to the body and keeping the body ready to fight for itself when needed.

Medicines are not the only method to prevent disease. Individual immunity also plays a major role.

Since every individual has innate immunity, the stronger innate immunity helps in avoiding infection and hence, catching diseases from various microorganisms. Medicines help in cure of the disease but avoiding and making our body ready to fight for infection.  

Additionally, the artificial immunity also helps in avoiding of diseases that can prove to be harmful to the body and organs as well.

No they are not because the diseases will soon grow to the point when medcine is not enough because do not choose to follow basce guided lines which are always it to kill more and more if they do both the diseases has no chance of survival.
