In an experiment, 2.0 g of solid sodium bicarbonate ( NaHCO3) waz tested for solubility. At 20°C and stirring, NaHCO3 took 60 minutes to dissolve. At 20°C and no stirring, NaHCO3 took
90 minutes to dissolve. Why is stirring a factor in the dissolving of the NaHCO3?
