Hey so, i was looking online how to reset my laptop and i ended up pressing load setup defaults and now i get an error saying checking media fail. also i am not able to internally reset it. i don't know why but it won't start even if i press the reset option in settings. if anyone could me i need to restore my laptop with a reset. you a lot.
