Iam trying to cancel my free brianly subscription trial before the automatic renewal date. a few days ago, i got on the account settings, went to the subscription page, just so i know how to cancel it when the time comes. now i try clickin on account settings, but i can’t go to the subscription page anymore! i am locked out of viewing/canceling my subscription! it just redirects me to a page that leads to the faq or contact info, etc. i think brianly is doing this so i can’t cancel my subscription and basically is attempting to steal money from me. any would be greatly appreciated, especially someone who works at oh, because i must’ve forgot to mention i’ve been emailing staff about this for like 3 days, nothing of course.
