Explanation:

This serves as the base of internet and other world-wide connections we make today. This was developed by ARPA by the direction given by U.S Government. First they connected four different computers in the university. The history says that, internet was first used by Defense team to pass secret messages from one place to another place.

ARPA has set various rules for communication with which all the new protocols where developed. It was connecting system through telephone line and now we are in the world of “wifi”.
