Assign a Holder to the Accounting Analyst Position Using the Search Function.
a) Click Finance folder and Accounting folder to view Accounting Analyst Position.
b) Single Click (highlight) any Letter in the XXX Accounting Analyst position.
c) Click Assign holder button.
d) Click Continue in Information Pop-Up Box (if necessary).
e) Click Drop-Down sign next to "Name Field" in Assign Holder Pop-Up Box.
f) Enter: The Last Name of the Person You Assigned as a Previous Holder.
g) Click Start Search icon.
h) Single Click (highlight) name.
i) Click Copy icon or double click left mouse button.
j) Review Holder assigned to Accounting Analyst position.
