Write a Code which do the followings: 1. Implement ask_number and print_instruction functions.
2. Maintain a list of names and the lowest numbers tries of those who successfully guessed the number in a manner similar to the high scores list in chapter five high_scores2.py program. It tracks the highest scores, but you want to track those with the fewest tries.
3. When the program ends, print out the name and number of tries for the five who took the fewest tries before guessing the number.
