Modern day keyboards are written in QWERTY format, and not in ABC format to make if more difficult for people to type on typewriters. The people wanted to make it longer for people to type. So, new inventors rearranged the letters on the keyboard. They came to make the QWERTY keyboard, the now most widely recognized keyboard.
