Siddhartharao77 To start, it is very frustrating and upsetting that you guys don’t have a phone number that we can contact you guys by. Very unprofessional for people who are taking are money. Secondly, for you website to not be working is upsetting as well. you guys need to get that together asap. I start a free trial membership and did not get accurate answers I was looking for so I cancelled my membership. I went through the whole process and it said I can use up the rest of the free trial, but I checked my bank statement today and you guys charged me for a membership. I came back and my account was still up. The fact that I cancelled the trial and you all did not close out my account is very upsetting. It's not like I can even use the account when all the answers on you website were inaccurate and does not serve the purpose it portrays. Highly upset! Fix your system!!
