You have been asked to analyze Rodent Population for the WHO you have been given an Observation reference number, Observation location, days of the data recording, Starting Count and Ending count
You program must do the following:
1. You will produce a report listing each observation with that data and two final columns. One for the
difference between the Starting Count and Ending Count and another for the percent difference
between the two counts (final ‐ ending / starting). Your user will have the option to send the report the
screen, to a file or to both. The last line of the report will contain the averages for each numeric column
(days, starting, ending, diff, percentage). These averages must be generated using methods.
