I have basic on this account and am still being charged by for $10, I have looked for a way to cancel my subscription but it does not allow me to. I have sent an email through and I was told the exact same thing that I just did and it did not work. Can anybody help direct me on how to cancel a subscription and delete my account on this moronic platform.
