In the following example, a bank customer can have many accounts with a bank, and an account can be associated with one or more customers. An account can have associated with it one or more “Terms and Conditions” and a single ”term and condition” can be associated with more than one account. A customer can have different accounts associate with different branches of the bank. However, a single account can only be associated with one branch. Assuming that Branch is a separate entity on the ER diagram, add it to the appropriate place in the ER and the relational models. Draw any needed relationships.

3.a) For the above problem, draw an entity relationship diagram with appropriate cardinalities (including lower and upper bounds) associated with the relationships. (15 points)
