The main benefits of artificial intelligence are that it collaborates with the productive and cognitive processes of human beings, saving time in the decision-making process and, thus, maximizing people's productivity. For example, GPS allows a person to reach the desired destination in less time than if they had to find their way on their own.

On the other hand, the main disadvantages of artificial intelligence focus on the limitation they impose on the use of human intelligence: by providing facilities, they reduce the possibility that the individual himself is the one who, through his intellect, solves his daily problems.
