mainly my laptop got hanged with the screen on (while I was seeing you tube) so I tried to off it by pressing the sleep mode botton but it's not turning off I mean the light is still on so I closed the laptop so it goes to sleep mode but when I open the laptop the screen was still visible that means it Didn't go to the sleep mode and the keyboard is also not working I mean when we turn on the captions a light turns on its also not turning on and it you see the down sides of a laptop you will see a light papers when the laptop is on and the light does not appear when. it's off but my laptop is definitely on as I can see the screen but the lights are off (that shows that the laptop is on)
