Suppose you use excel to keep track of all the girl's basketball games for the year. they are in order from first game of the season to last game and the column next to each game indicates whether the game is home or away. you find out that an additional game was added to the schedule in the middle of the season. how could you add this to your worksheet without having to move everything below it?

As you wish to add to your worksheet
Place your cursor (pointer) at the very beginning of the line, where the line is numbered and right click in that numbered box section, under the last section where you wish the add your data.
When you right click your mouse or on your track pad, a dropbox will appear, giving you several choices, one will be to "insert" a line.
The same can be done to delete a line.
