Question: What is the difference between memory and storage? Memory refers to the location of short-term data which clears when computer is turned off whereas storage is a component within your computer that allows you to store and access data on long-term basis. (My Question): RAM is short term and volatile while ROM is long-term and non-volatile and both are part of memory then why RAM is only considered as a part of memory when differentiating between memory and storage?
