And if the weather shifts, and you don't know what weather your in, and it might be hail, and your going outside to play some basketball or whatever, and then BAM hail starts falling and hurts you. And if you don't know the climate, your practically saying you need trouble. It might be a dry climate, or a rainy climate. Meteorology is important for even traveling and weather shifts.
