subject

You are a travel agent who has been hired by a customer who wants to visit an interesting body of water and a landform for an upcoming vacation. Your job is to recommend two places for this customer to visit: one will be a landform and the other will be a body of water. The landform and body of water could be related to each other, such as an island and an ocean. You may use the Travel Channel's Best Island Vacations to get some ideas: www. travelchannel. com.

You will write a report to present to your customer, detailing what is spectacular about the landform and body of water. Include as much description about the landform and body of water as you can. If it is an ocean, you can discuss how big it is, what type of water it is, and what activities a visitor can participate in. The same analysis should be done for the landform.

After providing a description of the body of water, include some other amenities that this destination offers for tourists, such as interesting cuisine, other attractions, and accommodations. Give the customer several options on how he or she can travel to the two destinations from your community. What flight routes should the customer take, and how should he or she get from the airport to the attraction? What type of lodging could he or she stay in? At what time of year should your customer visit these destinations, based on climate, high season, and low season? Include one photo in your report of each destination.

Part 2

Write a four- to five-page paper listing your recommendations for your customer. The report should include three paragraphs on each destination: one paragraph for the physical description of each destination, one paragraph on other amenities and when tourists should visit this destination, and one paragraph on transportation to the site. Start your paper with an introduction that mentions both the landform and the body of water, and end with a concluding paragraph. You should include a photo of each destination to illustrate your recommendations.

Assignment Guidelines:

Your presentation must include the following elements:

Cite two specific recommendations: an interesting landform and an interesting body of water for your customer to visit.
Describe the physical characteristics of the landform and body of water.
Explain why the landform and body of water you select would be great places to visit as a tourist and give a recommendation for when your customer should visit these sites.
Include a description of other amenities offered at these two destinations, such as local cuisine, attractions, activities, and lodgings.
List options of how your customer will travel to this site.
Include a photo of both the landform and body of water as part of your report.
Submission Requirements:
