Consider an underground fuel storage tank pressure in multiphase fluid scenarios: (horizontally-oriented cylinder of volume of 20,000 liters, length of 2 meters) that is 100% full of diesel and water (two separate phases, water is on the bottom). the diesel is present to a depth of 9/10ths of the tank diameter, while the water fills the last 1/10th of the tank diameter. the density of the diesel is 850 kgm/m2. if the very top of the tank is open to the atmosphere, what is the pressure (in kpa) at the bottom of the tank (give your answer in both absolute and gauge kpa)
