the main disconnecting means that is separate from the control panel 101 a
pivot irrigation machine, as illustrated in figure 7.29, is required to be located
a. not more than 10 ft (3 m) from the center pivot point of the machine.
b. at any distance from the center pivot point provided the disconnect is capable o
being locked in the open position.
c. where it will not be exposed to falling water.
d. at any distance from the center pivot point of the machine provided it is in direct
line of sight of the center pivot point.
e. within 50 ft (15 m) of the machine and capable of being locked in the open position.
