A gas stream consisting of 15 mol % SO2, 20 mol% O2, and 65 mol% Nz is fed to a reactor at 250 °C and atmospheric pressure. 86% of the SO2 entering the reactor is oxidized to SO3. The effluent from the reactor leaves at 400 °C. Based on this, answer the following two questions: 1. Using a basis of 100 mol/hr of gas mixture fed, determine the molar flow rate of products in the effluent stream. 2. Calculate the heat required for this process. As part of this, set up (construct or draw out) the process path that you use to calculate the heat required. Label it carefully so we can understand your calculations and solution strategy.
