Design a circuit with the following criteria. Assume existence of +3.3V power supply. i. Input signal that operates between Vin = 0V – 5V, and capable of sourcing or sinking 500 x 10^-6 A. ii. Output signal nominally outputs between Vout = 0V – 3.3V, and capable of sinking 10 mA from an external device with an output no more than 0.1 V. Also, sourcing 1mA with an output no less than 3.1V. Hints: β€’ Can use a single transistor. A MOSFET IRLZ34N. β€’ Use datasheet parameters to help design your circuit. β€’ Recall transistors tend to have a pull-up/load resistor or impedance. β€’ Note, the key terms "sourcing" or "sinking" in the problem statement and what they mean. β€’ Try to create scenarios of your transistor circuit. Like, what happens when Vin = 5V, then how do you calculate the rest of your circuit. This will help size your resistors.

Amass of m 1.5 kg of steam is contained in a closed rigid container. initially the pressure and temperature of the steam are: p 1.5 mpa and t 240Β°c (superheated state), respectively. then the temperature drops to t2= 100Β°c as the result of heat transfer to the surroundings. determine: a) quality of the steam at the end of the process, b) heat transfer with the surroundings. for: p1.5 mpa and t 240Β°c: enthalpy of superheated vapour is 2900 kj/kg, specific volume of superheated vapour is 0. 1483 m/kg, while for t 100Β°c: enthalpy of saturated liquid water is 419kj/kg, specific volume of saturated liquid water is 0.001043m/kg, enthalpy of saturated vapour is 2676 kj/kg, specific volume of saturated vapour is 1.672 m/kg and pressure is 0.1 mpa.
