Make every effort to layout the structures in the order of the wastewater treatment process so that there is minimal piping between processes. • The total footprint of the plant shall not exceed the lot size of 400ft x 600ft. • The administrative building is 100ft x 50ft on the lot. • The service building is 200ft x 150ft on the lot. • Roadways between each process shall be 12ft minimum to allow for vehicular access. • The preliminary bar screen/grit chamber building is 50ft x 50ft. • There are 2 chlorine contact buildings with dimensions of 25ft x 50ft each. • There are 2 sludge digesters with dimensions of 50ft diameter each.
