Air at 30℃ is being heated by both the top and bottom surfaces of a flat plate. The plate has a length of 0.8 meters along the flow direction and a width of 0.4 meters. Air flows over the plate at a velocity of 5 m/s. Both surfaces of the plate are maintained at a constant temperature of 100℃. Determine the rate of heat loss from the plate.
