Implement the comparator of two 2-bit numbers A1A0 and B1B0 using an 8-to-1 multiplexer, an inverter is available. The circuit has 4 inputs: A1, A0, B1, B0 and one output F. The variant of output function F is defined by the last digit of your ID number as follows: case 1, your digit is 0, 1, or 2: F = 1 if A1A0 is greater than B1B0, otherwise F =0, case 2, your digit is 3 or 4: F = 1 if A1A0 is less than B1B0, otherwise F=0, case 3, your digit is 5 or 6: F =1 if A1A0 is greater or equal to B1B0, otherwise F=0, case 4, your digit is 7, 8 or 9: F =1 if A1A0 is less or equal to B1B0, otherwise F=0. Show only one implementation for the function corresponding to your last ID digit.

An open feedwater heater operates at steady state with liquid entering at inlet 1 with t? = 40°c and pl = 1 .2 mpa. water vapor att2-200°c and p2 = 1.2 mpa enters at inlet 2. saturated liquid water exits with a pressure of pa 1.2 mpa. neglect heat transfer with the surroundings and all kinetic and potential energy effects, determine the mass flow rate of steam at inlet 2 if the mass flow rate of liquid water at inlet 1 is given as 2 kg/s.

Agas contained within a piston-cylinder assembly e end nation about same energy states, 1 and 2, where pi 10 bar, v undergoes two processes, a and b, between the sam 0.1 m3, ui-400 kj and p2 1 bar, v2 1.0 m2, u2 200 kj: process a: process from 1 to 2 during which the pressure- volume relation is pv constant process b: constant-volume process from state 1 to a pressure of 2 bar, followed by a linear pressure-volume process to +20 0 state 2 kinetic and potential energy effects can be ignored. for each of the processes a and b, (a) sketch the process on p-v coordinates, (b) evaluate the work, in kj, and (c) evaluate process the heat transfer, in kj
