Building a model of a tsunami to analyze the effect it will have on homes along the shore. Using water, sand, 3 houses one made of paper, one of card stock, and one of cardboard, and a plate or tray. Now push plate down into the water and observe what happens on the shore. Repeat the action three to four more times and watch the sand and the houses. What are your observations? Does one type of house change more than the others?
