I need help with creating a Residual Valuation Calculation for a site I have chosen for my 'Office to Residential Conversion assignment' which is due on 18th December 2020. See the site details below: Chosen Site:-

Purpose of the site: Convert from its current use as an office to a residential building.
Assignment Tasks:
-Produce a detailed residual method valuation with references.
-Research comparable resale values or rental income that can be derived from the proposed development
-Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the overall development process
-Create a development plan showing disposal and use, and design of the development
