Starting off my day

Purpose: To understand how I start off my day. In a way that gives me satisfaction and get's me ready for the day in a good mood

maybe others could add some of this into their routine too!

Procedure:

I always start of my day with doing something quiet like reading or maybe just reminding myself of what I am grateful ofI try to start off my day without checking social media or immediately jumping into work I have to do because that could be either negative or positive if it's negative it would ruin my mood. I do something I have more control overI take a warm shower or bath because Hot water relaxes the body and calms myself downThen I do a few chores while playing some songs because they make it more funI try to talk to someone about anything at all. Even listening to others helps.
