3. Avoid people with an obvious illness (such as a person who is coughing or sneezing).

1. Immunizations help protect your child from vaccine-preventable infections as they protect your children from dangerous diseases and help to keep disease from spreading. They are needed before a child can attend school or even daycare.

2. Another way is to teach them good hygiene like washing their hands, using tissues, use hand sanitizers as they can kill more germs than just washing your hands. Not sharing things with others like toothbrushes, utensils etc.

3. If your child has health problems keep them away from large crowds during outbreaks of disease and avoid public areas in certain situations.
