To make the audience receptive to the message one must analyze the type of audience. Delivery and presentation help in establishing the relationship with the audience. By measuring demographic which includes age group, ethnicity, gender and so forth, should be considered while writing a text. Another aspect of education should be considered, whether to use more of formal language or informal. When the type of audience is recognized it helps in the efficient delivery of message which is another vital aspect for writing a text, also which writer wants to convey through his writings.
