Ignore them. Who cares what they think they are stupid. You can't judge a person by their looks. They're probably attention seekers and want to pick on  someone, or are having problems with life, and bullying others to feel better. If you feel they are going hella nutz, then tell someone: a counselor, teacher, parent.
