What makes this passage humorous? the fact that the entire house is crammed with new people who have come to see the show the idea that huck is comparing the townspeople to sixty-four dead cats the fact that the entire town has paid to see the “show” again, but this time they’re bringing things to throw at the duke and the king the image of huck standing next to the duke by the door trying to shove himself in with the rest of the audience
